LSU football coach Les Miles will not hold a press conference today as previously scheduled, according to Sports Information Director Michael Bonnette. The press conference was originally scheduled to announce coaching changes within the LSU football staff.

Miles would have likely been questioned about the status of rising junior quarterback Ryan Perrilloux. Internet message board users widely speculated during the weekend that Perrilloux's playing status might be in jeopardy after breaking team rules.

Bonnette said Sunday he was aware of the rumors but unable to shed light on the situation since Miles was out of town during the weekend.

Bonnette said LSU will send out a press release later today concerning the coaching changes.
