obviously most lsu fans suffer from a borderline IQ. By defenition "bait" is something that is used to attract something else. If you are a tiger, and you want to attract the opposing team, then the opposing team cannot be the "bait". DUH. The "bait" must be something else. The more appropriate chant would be "tiger meat" or something of that nature. This is why the chant of "tiger bait" (or "gator bait" in Gainesville) does not bother me. IT MAKES NO SENSE. ROLL TIDE!!!!

Most of the fans were young college kids, thats why they acted out. I went to the game in my Bama gear and got welcomed by all LSU to tailgate with them.

It's definately not a place where you take your family, but if you're a big fan you can get beyond the tigerbait taunts and have a good time with these guys, rivals or not.

What they don't show you in this video is that after you get tiger baited or even given a rude gesture, an LSU fan will likely give you a drink or some food. I bet Shuffles, the purple sweater vest guy, would have given both of the ladies a beer (if they were above the age, of course) or some food from his tailgate. We give opponents a hard time, but mostly it's in good fun. Of course you're going to have your ridiculous fans, but I'd say that the majority of fans at LSU tailgates are pretty congenial. There are classless fans everywhere. Look no further than this message board with the poster that said LSU women smell like corndogs. Seriously? LSU fans are classless and you're not? You grow up. I'd love you to tell my friends from Bama that LSU is classless and that they have the worst fanbase in the SEC. They'd laugh in your face.

I have a degree from both Alabama and LSU -- AND now live in Baton Rouge -- every year, rude and obnoxious LSU fans embarass me. After being yelled out and cursed at in my seats, one nice lady stepped up for me and my friends (and their 8 and 12 year old children). She even started covering my ear that the guy directly behind me kept yelling directly into... After Bama won, all we heard was there was no way for Alabama to beat Florida. You can teach alot of things, but class isn't one of them. Trust me, I've been to Florida and LSU fans remain the absolute worst in the SEC!
