This is a great idea!
1. Students could actually learn a trade that is so specialized that they could be successful brew house/ restaurant owners. (I am a home brewer and I don't stagger around drunk. Brewing is a craft that the brewer appreciates and sips slowly once the final product is done bottling
2. The university could increase scholarship budgets off of the profits from the brewery.
3. I don't want to type anymore but it would be awesome!
