Reward for information about homicide suspects raised to $5,000 -- 12/19

Two suspects being sought by the BRPD in connection to the murder of two students.

The task force investigating the double homicide of two students announced today that a private donor has offered $4,000 to supplement the $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and indictment.

The increased reward applies to tips made through the Crime Stoppers tip line. The additional $4,000 will only be given to information given before midnight on Christmas Eve -- Monday Dec. 24.

After Monday the reward will revert to $1,000.

Chandrasekhar Reddy Komma and Kiran Kumar Allam were murdered Dec. 13 in an apartment in Edward Gay.
