The No. 23 LSU soccer team dropped its second match of the weekend, 1-0, to Virginia Tech in Winston Salem, N.C. on Sunday.
The game was scoreless after the first half, but Hokies freshman forward Katie DeTurro notched the game's only score in the 67th minute.
The Tigers managed only three shots and one on goal, while the Hokies belted 12 shots and five on goal.
Virginia Tech's win snapped a three-game losing streak for the Hokies. The Tigers are now in a three-game losing streak of their own.
