Sports Director Campbell Robinson and Joey Giglio sat down with LSU great Michael Clayton in-studio to talk about his new book, Chasing My Rookie Year: The Michael Clayton Story, and his memories from playing at LSU.

Clayton, a Baton Rouge native, was a member of the 2003 BCS National Championship team and also won a Super Bowl with the New York Giants in 2011. He is 2nd all-time on the LSU career receptions and touchdowns list. The 8-year NFL veteran was drafted 15th overall by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2004. He led all rookies in the 2004 season in receptions and yards and broke multiple Tampa Bay rookie records.

After retiring from the NFL, Clayton has embraced the path that he has been taken on. He is currently on a publicity tour for his book in Baton Rouge. He will have a book signing at the Barnes & Noble on campus on January 17th from 5-7pm.
